Three-dimensional Grease Filter
This product features a three-dimensional structure, delivering superior filtration performance compared to flat woven mesh. The pure nickel material exhibits corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and high-temperature tolerance, enabling operation across diverse complex working conditions. Utilising conductive sponge as the substrate, high-performance foamed nickel is produced through processes including electroplating of metallic nickel, high-temperature oxidation, and hydrogen-protected reduction. The product exhibits excellent strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance. It can be manufactured into continuous roll-form foamed nickel or sheet-form foamed nickel according to specific application requirements, with various thicknesses available.
